Job Summary

Providing document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist with payment processing for child support, helping users navigate the website and manage their accounts remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Perform administrative tasks to support payment processing operations for multiple states
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user needs and resolving issues in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Stable internet connection at home (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
