Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with child support payment processing and customer inquiries in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account management
• Provide administrative support by performing processing tasks and navigating users through the payment website
• Respond to customer needs with empathy and clarity, ensuring exceptional service delivery

Required qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
