Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users in navigating the payment processing website and reactivating accounts
• Respond to inquiries regarding payment statuses and provide necessary information
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations and ensure successful payment processing

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
