Job Summary

Providing document review and data support remotely, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with child support payment processing, helping users navigate the website and manage their accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Manage account reactivations and password resets for users
• Provide administrative support through processing tasks and exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Stable internet connection (25 MBPS or higher)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
