Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a child support payment processing center, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will provide document review, data support, and customer assistance in both English and Spanish while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account management
• Provide administrative support by performing processing tasks and navigating users through the website
• Respond to customer needs and resolve issues in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
