Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with payment processing for child support while working remotely in a dynamic customer service environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries about payments and account management
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations, including processing payments and reactivating accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and providing important information in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to high-speed internet (minimum 25 MBPS) at home
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
