Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will provide document review and data support for a child support payment processing center, assisting clients with inquiries and navigating the website in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account management
• Conduct document reviews and provide administrative support to ensure successful payment processing
• Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
