Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a child support payment processing center, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will provide document review and data assistance to clients while working remotely and ensuring effective communication with users in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers with inquiries and account management
• Provide administrative support by performing processing tasks and document reviews
• Help users navigate the website and reactivate accounts as needed

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Stable internet connection at home (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
