Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing document review and data support, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with child support payment processing, helping users navigate the website and resolve inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process payment documents for clients in all 50 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with account reactivations and password inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing user needs and resolving issues in a supportive manner

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to high-speed internet (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
