Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist in processing child support payments for clients across the United States, working remotely while ensuring effective communication in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account management
• Navigate users through the website and provide necessary account reactivations and password resets
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations and ensure successful payment processing

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
