Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing document review and data support remotely, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist users with child support payment processing, navigate website inquiries, and reactivate accounts while ensuring exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account management
• Review documents and process payments for child support across the United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
• Provide administrative support by performing processing tasks and maintaining accurate records

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to the internet at home with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
