Job Summary

Supporting a child support payment processing center, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will provide document review and data support, assist users with payment inquiries, and navigate the client website remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment-related inquiries and account management
• Perform document review and data processing tasks to ensure accurate payment processing
• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, addressing client needs empathetically

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
