Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist parents, employers, and payroll services with child support payment processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inquiries and assist users in navigating the payment processing website
• Reactivate accounts and provide password support for clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service while processing payments for multiple states

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Reliable internet connection at home (minimum 25 MBPS)
