Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist in child support payment processing for clients across the United States and its territories, working remotely and offering support in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Navigate users through the website, reactivating accounts and managing password requests
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient business operations within the payment processing center

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
