Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating payment processes and account management remotely while ensuring exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account reactivations
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations, including processing payments for child support across all states
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and resolve issues in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
