Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating payment processes for child support, ensuring effective communication in both English and Spanish while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers with inquiries and account management
• Process payments and provide administrative support to the payment processing center
• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying needs and resolving issues in a warm, empathetic manner

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Stable internet connection at home (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
