Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist users with child support payment processing remotely, ensuring effective navigation and account management while communicating in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations, including processing payments and reactivating accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and providing important information empathetically

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
