Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating payment processes while working remotely in a role that requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment inquiries and account management
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations, including processing payments and responding to customer needs
• Facilitate effective communication and provide information to users in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to the internet with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
