Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist with child support payment processing for clients across the United States, including account management and user inquiries, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with navigating the payment processing website and account management
• Provide administrative support by processing payments and responding to inquiries regarding payment statuses
• Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish to address user needs and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Internet connection at home with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
