Job Summary

Providing essential support for child support payment processing, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating the payment system, reactivating accounts, and answering inquiries, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review documents and provide data support for payment processing
• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment-related inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Internet connection at home with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
