Job Summary

Providing document review and data support remotely, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with child support payment processing, helping users navigate the website and manage their accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations, including processing payments and account management
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
