Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with payment processing for child support, helping users navigate the website and manage their accounts remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Perform document reviews and data processing tasks to ensure accurate payment administration
• Provide exceptional customer service while communicating in both English and Spanish

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Access to reliable internet (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
