Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with child support payment processing remotely, ensuring smooth navigation of the payment system and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Manage account reactivations and password resets while delivering exceptional customer service
• Perform administrative tasks to support business operations and payment processing activities

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Internet connection at home with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
