Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist with payment processing for child support across the United States, working remotely and contributing to a positive customer service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with navigating the payment processing website and resolving inquiries
• Perform administrative tasks related to payment processing and account management
• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication and support

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment screening
