Bilingual Payment Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing essential support for payment processing, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients with document review and data support while working remotely in a role focused on child support payment processing for the United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers with inquiries regarding payments and account management
• Perform document review and data processing tasks to ensure accurate payment administration
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Internet connection at home with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
