Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating payment processes and account management remotely while ensuring exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Provide administrative support by processing payments and managing account reactivations
• Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with users in a warm and empathetic manner

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to high-speed internet (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
