Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time hourly Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist clients in navigating payment processes and account management remotely while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with inquiries related to child support payments
• Provide administrative support by processing tasks and managing account reactivations
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to address customer needs and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Access to a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
