Job Summary

Providing essential document review and data support, the full-time Bilingual Payment Support Specialist will assist a child support payment processing center by helping users navigate the website, reactivating accounts, and addressing inquiries related to payments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist parents, employers, and payroll service providers with payment processing inquiries
• Provide administrative support by performing various processing tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive service experience

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
