Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent to provide support to homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer interactions via phone, chat, and email, providing guidance on policies and payments
- Create and process homeowners insurance policies, endorsements, and payments accurately and urgently
- Educate policyholders on coverage details and assist with documentation for policy compliance
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
- 6+ months of customer service experience in property and casualty insurance
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment
- Hands-on experience with homeowners insurance policies
