Bilingual P&C Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent to provide support to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer interactions via phone, chat, and email, providing guidance on policies and payments
• Create and process homeowners insurance policies, endorsements, and payments accurately and urgently
• Educate policyholders on coverage details and assist with documentation for policy compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
• 6+ months of customer service experience in property and casualty insurance
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
• Experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment
• Hands-on experience with homeowners insurance policies
