Bilingual Pediatric RN (LA Licensed)

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time Bilingual Pediatric RN (LA Licensed) will provide proactive care and triage for clinical issues, establish comprehensive care plans, and coordinate care transitions for patients with special health care needs while working remotely in the CST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly proactive care and triage for clinical issues
• Establish rapport with patients and families to understand their needs and set realistic goals
• Coordinate care transitions and communicate plans with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Required qualifications

• Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility to register for other state licensures
• Bachelor's in nursing from an accredited university required
• 5+ years of pediatrics experience required, preferably in outpatient, home health, or pediatric ICU
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• 1+ years' experience in care coordination or case management preferred
