Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Pediatric Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive care and triage for clinical issues
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Document care management assessments and interventions, ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

• Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility for other state licensures
• Bachelor's in nursing from an accredited university
• Experience in pediatrics, including outpatient, home health, or pediatric ICU
• Minimum 1 year of care coordination or case management experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish required
