Bilingual Pediatric RN (MO Licensed)

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time hourly Bilingual Pediatric RN (MO Licensed) will provide proactive care and triage for clinical issues, coordinate care transitions, and establish comprehensive care plans for families, all while working remotely with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts each week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly proactive care and triage for clinical issues
• Establish comprehensive care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Document all care management assessments and interventions accurately and timely

Required qualifications

• Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility for additional state licensures
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited university
• 5+ years of pediatric experience in outpatient, home health, or complex care settings
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• 1+ years of experience in care coordination or case management preferred
