Bilingual Pediatric RN (TN Licensed)

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time Bilingual Pediatric RN (TN Licensed) will provide proactive care and triage for clinical issues, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and engage with families through virtual touchpoints while working remotely in the CST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly proactive care and triage for clinical issues
• Establish comprehensive plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document all care management assessments and interventions accurately and timely

Required qualifications

• Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility to register for other state licensures
• Bachelor's in nursing from an accredited university required
• 5+ years of pediatrics experience required, with a preference for outpatient, home health, or complex care
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• 1+ years of experience in care coordination or case management preferred
