Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Case Manager will manage client communications, coordinate medical treatment, and assist with insurance claims while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication regarding case status and treatment progress
- Coordinate with medical providers and insurance carriers, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of all interactions
- Manage a high-volume caseload, prioritizing tasks and escalating cases as needed to ensure proper case progression
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in personal injury intake, case management, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining professionalism with clients
