Job Summary
To support a high-volume personal injury practice, the full-time Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Case Manager will manage client communications, coordinate medical treatment, and liaise with insurance providers while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients, maintaining regular communication regarding case status and treatment progress
- Coordinate with medical providers and insurance carriers to ensure timely management of client cases and documentation
- Manage multiple active cases simultaneously, ensuring all client communications and case files are accurately documented and organized
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in personal injury intake, case management, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with case management software
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
