Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Personal Injury Client Support Representative Virtual Assistant, this remote position will manage incoming calls, provide clerical support, and maintain client communication while working a 40-hour week with potential weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member
  • Obtain and follow up on medical records and insurance coverage information
  • Provide administrative support including logging calls and managing documents
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in plaintiff personal injury law firms or legal intake roles
  • Familiarity with medical offices or healthcare scheduling
  • Background in call centers with high-volume inbound calls
  • Proficiency with CRM or case management systems
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken skills
