Bilingual Pharmacist Telehealth

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Pharmacist, Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and develop clinical programs in accordance with CMS guidelines
• Collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality MTM services and facilitate communication with clients and providers
• Provide clinical outreach and support for Medicare Part D, ensuring compliance with regulations and staying current with industry updates

Required Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree with unrestricted licensure
• Minimum of two years clinical experience, preferably with direct consultation experience
• Experience in a clinical call center and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare industry practices
• Spanish-speaking is preferred
