Bilingual Pharmacy Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Pharmacy (Bilingual) Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
• Process pharmacy prior authorization requests and appeals, and explain relevant policies and guidelines
• Maintain call quality standards and support pharmacists with comprehensive medication reviews

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in call center or customer service
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or state pharmacy technician license is preferred
