Bilingual Pharmacy Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rep, MTM Pharmacy Services I (Bilingual) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
• Enforce HIPAA compliance and maintain necessary information for stakeholders
• Support pharmacists with clerical services and assist in comprehensive medication reviews

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
• Ability to work independently on special projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Associate's Degree preferred
