Bilingual Pharmacy Technician
Job Summary
Providing essential support to patients and healthcare professionals, the full-time remote Bilingual Pharmacy Technician will manage customer requests related to payment assistance solutions while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Field customer requests via telephone, email, and fax, providing initial support and resolving issues
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Recognize operational challenges and recommend improvements to management as necessary
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required
- HIPAA certification is mandatory
- At least 3 years of call center experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
