Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Phone Survey Representative to conduct healthcare telephone surveys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct healthcare telephone surveys by reading scripts verbatim and accurately coding responses
• Enter and rate verbatim comments from survey responses
• Assist with other data entry projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Personable with a good phone presence
• Ability to read and speak Spanish is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
