Bilingual Phone Survey Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Survey Representative (Bilingual and Non-Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct healthcare telephone surveys by reading scripts verbatim and accurately coding responses
• Enter and rate verbatim comments from survey responses
• Assist with other data entry projects as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Personable with a good phone presence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to speak and read Spanish (for Bilingual positions only)
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
