Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Administration Coordinator (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage leased and owned property documents, ensuring accuracy in financial obligations and lease information
  • Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies related to Year-End Common Area Maintenance, Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations
  • Communicate with clients and partners regarding critical dates, policies, and inquiries while maintaining landlord and subtenant relationships


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
  • Spanish written and verbal skills required
  • Ability to interpret and abstract complex real estate lease terminology
  • Data Management and Bill Pay experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
