Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with pre-registering for appointments, surgeries, or procedures, focusing on non-English speaking patients
• Verify medical insurance eligibility, explain patient responsibilities, and provide cost estimates
• Collaborate with team members to ensure patient satisfaction and meet productivity measures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent revenue cycle experience
• Registration experience in an acute care facility, medical office, or call center
• Passing score on a language proficiency test and fluency in Spanish
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
