Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Premier Brokerage Associate to provide exceptional service to clients in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers while explaining concepts clearly
• Assist clients with trading and manage a variety of service requests in an inbound call center setting
• Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and uncover leads for the Retirement Advisor Team

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
• Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options
• FINRA fingerprinting required
