Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Presales Solutions Engineer, the candidate will manage technical demonstrations, customize trial portals, and assist clients with integration questions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical online demonstrations for potential clients
• Create and customize trial portals to showcase the LMS capabilities
• Assist with technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues encountered by prospects

Required qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary degree or certification in business, technology, or a related field
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency (written and verbal)
• Experience in managing multiple priorities in an Enterprise environment
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders
• Technical background with client-facing sales support experience preferred
