Bilingual Processor

Job Summary

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Processor will manage the processing of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans remotely, ensuring compliance with company and investor guidelines while maintaining communication with all parties involved in the loan process.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data for new loans into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and maintain communication with borrowers and other stakeholders
• Order and review necessary documentation such as credit reports and appraisals, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting required documentation and notifying the Closing Department in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 20 mbps download and 3 mbps upload for remote work
