Bilingual Product Adoption Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance customer success for the Golf product, the full-time Bilingual Product Adoption Specialist will lead onboarding and adoption sessions, collaborate with Account Managers to resolve challenges, and ensure customers effectively utilize the software in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Educate customers on configuring and using Golf + POS, tailoring support to their operational needs
- Implement new features and functionalities following upsells, ensuring a retention-focused approach during training sessions
- Proactively manage customer retention by monitoring at-risk accounts and coordinating follow-up activities with internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English
- Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in training or customer enablement
- Familiarity with the golf industry or a strong passion for the game
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
