Bilingual Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing logistics technology platform, the full-time Bilingual Product Analyst (French) will manage customer operations and R&D collaboration, translating operational challenges into product outcomes and ensuring the delivery of customer-centric API solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer-centric solutions by translating needs into product outcomes and guiding R&D
• Accelerate product delivery through Build-Test-Learn cycles and customer feedback integration
• Drive successful integrations by defining API contracts and removing technical barriers for customer success

Required qualifications

• Professional fluency in French and English
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and experience with enterprise integrations (WMS, TMS, ERP)
• Experience working within a Product Operating Model and using outcome-based planning
• Familiarity with SaaS products and product analytics (SQL or BI tools)
• Ability to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business priorities
