Bilingual Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

Leading implementation projects and initial training sessions for new customers, the remote Bilingual Professional Services Consultant will manage multiple deployments, ensuring technical expertise and project excellence while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during deployment, managing status updates, risks, and escalations
• Guide customers through configuration, integrations, and technical enablement while building strong relationships with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, ideally in cybersecurity
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience managing deployments involving enterprise email systems, integrations, and migrations
• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end: discovery, planning, execution, issue resolution, and delivery sign-off
• Familiarity with enterprise mail flow, email security, and related technologies
